The Shakespeare at the Towers (SatT) Trust is charity.
How we collect details about our audiences:
We gather information about individuals when they sign up to be on our mailing list. We also take details of a person’s name, telephone number and email (if provided) when they book tickets to one of our shows, or visit our display / stall at an event.
What information do we keep?
We only collect basic personal details such as your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. We process this data on the basis that either consent has been provided or a legitimate interest exists.
Please let us know if your information changes as it is important that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date.
How do we protect your personal data?
We put in place reasonable security measures to protect against any unauthorised access or damage to, or disclosure or loss of, your information.
How do we use this data?
We will use your information to tell you about our forthcoming shows and similar events that are likely to be of interest to you – this is called ‘Legitimate Interest’.
How long do we keep the data?
Until you tell us that you no longer wish to receive our mailing list. Thereafter we will maintain a record that you no longer wish to be contacted.
Do we share this information?
We do not share your personal information with or sell it to third-party marketers. We use MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC), as a third party service provide to manage email mailing lists. Click here to read their privacy policy.

There is also an unsubscribe option on all electronic mailings. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we keep a record of this instruction.
What are your rights?
You have the right to request a copy of all the personal information we hold about you in a Subject Access Request. To do this, simply contact the trustees using the details above. We will take reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing you with details of any personal information we may hold about you. If you have a complaint you can contact the trustees in the first place, and if not satisfied, the Information Commissioner’s Office at www.ico.org.uk
Changes to this Privacy Policy:
We may amend this privacy policy from time to time, for example, to keep it up to date or comply with legal requirements. If there will be any significant changes made to the use of your personal information in a manner different from that stated, we will seek your permission first.
